To register for the program you just have to create an account by CLICKING HERE .

You can get points by doing the following actions:
- Create a new account: receive 200 points
- Make a purchase: receive 25 points for every $100 pesos spent on purchases.
Every 10 points are worth $1 peso. (If you have 1500 points, you can redeem them for a $150 discount.)
Your user will be assigned a level depending on the total amount of your purchases. Each time you level up, you will receive additional points and also a point multiplier. That is, the higher your level, the more points your purchases will accumulate.

Gift points: 100
Points multiplier: 1 (generate 100 points, receive 100)
Level 2
How to get it: Spend $5,000 on youmatter.mx
Gift points: 200
Points multiplier: 1.1 (generate 100 points, receive 110)
Level 3

Points multiplier: 1.25 (generate 100 points, receive 125)
Level 4

Log in to your account and click on the “REWARDS” button located at the bottom left of the home page of the site (youmatter.mx). Click on “GET REWARDS” and select the “Redeem” button. Redeem the amount of points you want. A personalized discount coupon will be generated based on the amount of points you have selected.
Return to the “GET REWARDS” section and click the “Apply” button.
Once you complete the purchase process, your discount will be automatically reflected.
Yes, points expire 9 months after the date they were generated. We will notify you by email 30 days before the expiration date so you can redeem them on time.

AUTOMATIC ORDERS
Orders are generated automatically according to the delivery period you select.
FLEXIBILITY
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time up to one day before the next automatic order.
FAQs Subscription
On each product page you will see the option to purchase it once or on a subscription basis.
Before adding a product to your cart, select the subscription box and choose the delivery period in which you want to receive your products (every 30, 60 or 90 days).
When you purchase a subscription, your order will be placed automatically according to the period you choose. Payment will be charged to the credit card you entered when making your payment.
You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time up to one day before your next payment date. We will not be able to make cancellations or refunds if the request is made on or after your payment date.
To do so, go to THIS LINK and enter the email address you used to make your subscription purchase.
The data you can modify are:
- Mailing address
- Delivery date
- Payment method
It depends on the recurring delivery period you have selected.
The options you can select are:
- Every 30 days
- Every 45 days
- Every 60 days
You can have different delivery times for each subscription product.
Each product has a different discount and ranges from 5% to 15%. You can check the discount on each product page individually.
Orders containing subscription products can only be paid for with a Visa, Mastercard or AMEX credit or debit card.
