Shipping and delivery
We will send you the tracking number by email when your order has been processed so that you can track it with the courier we have selected.
The approximate delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. If your order does not arrive within this time frame, please contact us via the site chat or write to us at contacto@youmatter.mx and we will promptly track your delivery.
All parcel companies make two attempts to deliver the package to the indicated addresses. If no one is found to receive it, it will be returned to our central warehouse. It is important that you contact us to tell us if you want it to be delivered again (with an additional cost of $150 pesos) or if we proceed to refund the money. This refund would not include the shipping costs that have already been made.
Of course, when you make your purchase on the shipping options page, select: pick up in store and your package will be waiting for you. We will only keep your product in store for 30 days.

Cancellations and refunds
Orders can be cancelled as long as they do not have a guide assigned. Contact us as soon as possible through the site chat or at contacto@youmatter.mx We will refund the amount directly to the card or account with which the payment was made. Banks take 5 to 10 business days to make the refund once requested.
If the order already has a guide assigned or is already in transit, we will not be able to cancel it.
Since these are health products, we only accept returns if the product arrived damaged or if a different product was received than the one purchased. It is important that the product is completely closed and with the security seal intact. If you want to exchange a product that was sent correctly to your home and in good condition, it is possible to make the exchange exclusively in our physical store located at Prolongación Paseo de la Reforma 627 502B, Paseo de las Lomas, CDMX .
For the exchange to be valid, the product must be completely closed, with a valid expiration date of at least 90 days and with the security seal intact. It can only be exchanged for a product of the same value or greater than the value of the product to be exchanged, since refunds are not made for exchanges. In the case of an exchange for a product of higher value, the price difference must be covered directly in the physical store.
No, it is very important for us to ensure everyone's safety, and since these are dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened.
You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time up to one day before the next payment date. We will not be able to make cancellations or refunds if the request is made on or after the payment date.

No, we use external parcel services for the delivery of our products so we cannot accept payments on delivery.
We have a recycling bin in our physical store in Mexico City, where you can drop them off and we will ensure that the correct recycling process is carried out.
