Terms and conditions for wholesale discounts
To access wholesale discounts, it is essential to first register using this form and make purchases with the same email address used for registration.
Discounts will be applied automatically when you enter your registered email address at checkout . This means they will not be visible to the general public, only to customers who have completed their initial registration.
This promotion applies exclusively to wholesale customers such as owners of coffee shops, juice and smoothie bars, restaurants and related businesses.
1. Welcome discount
- The 25% discount on the first purchase applies only when registering as a wholesale customer.
- The discount is valid on the first order and cannot be combined with other promotions or discount coupons.
- There is no minimum purchase required to apply the welcome discount.
2. Volume discounts
After the first purchase, customers will be able to access progressive discounts according to the volume purchased:

4. Validity
- Volume discounts will be permanently available, but may be modified at any time depending on the season without prior notice .
5. General conditions
- Prices shown in the store already include VAT.
- Product availability is subject to stock.
- Discounts only apply to individual product purchases. They do not apply to 2- or 3-piece packs. You can add multiple individual units of a product to your cart.
- Matter reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet the established requirements or present inconsistencies in the registration.
